I stayed at this hotel after going to Ozzfest this year. I arrived after the concert and was very exhausted only to have the clerk behind the counter tell me that my credit card was declined! NOT TRUE! This guy was an idiot. He didn't know how to check me in to his computer even after the booking agent had already done almost ALL of the work. All he had to do was type in 3 numbers! He could NOT do that! This guy tells me to go up to the room that I had booked over a MONTH ago and he will contact his manager and call me later to tell me if I could stay. HA! It was MIDNIGHT! No way was I going to wait up all night for this guy, and he never did call. The next morning, the same guy tells me to go and just leave, and he will just pay for the room out of his own pocket! HA!
