the worst motel experience in my life. no water came from hot water faucet when you turned it on. no hot water in shower. the room smelled like old perspiration. the two pillows were two inches thick. the room hadn't been vaccuum in decades. there was a dirty bandaid in the bed. the bathroom floor had long black hair on... more
Our goal is to provide comfort stay to our guests, or provide alternate room, or refund with in reasobable time after check in at their request..
Called ahead for two- night reservation at $110 total, as their web site showed. On arrival was charged $124. -Free wireless internet is a joke. Always had to attempt connect at least 8-10 times and then connected at about 30%. -Very small room. -Wallpaper border peeling off all around room. -No coffeemaker in room. This place gives galesburg a bad name- its a dump- the big sign and all its posting for a pool- yea its a tiny spa - full of dirt and a new color green- save your fifty bucks and try country inn- 2 blocks away and for $25 more its well worth it- honestly- Be careful- they will not refund... more
Our pool is 2 feet slope to 7 feet deep painted beautiful water blue color. Our courteous refund policy is to refund full amount with in fifteen minitues from customer checked in.
My stay at the Econo was great! The service was amazing, and everyone at the front desk was very kind. The accomodation was in great condition, and everything was clean and organized. It was affordable, and perfect to stay at while I toured aroud the city! more
