This was our second stay at this particular Country Inn and Suites in Galena. Both times, we were staying for leisure/relaxation. The first stay, we had a concern with the temperature of the room; the a/c wasn't working well and it was July. We mentioned it to the desk staff at check out and were promptly contacted by the manager.... more
The Country inn and suites was a very good saty. The rooms and the whole hotel was great. They took care of everything we needed and the breakfast is very tasty. The workers are very friendly. I would recommend everyone to stay here and enjoy the housebitality. more
We LOVE Country Inns and Suites in Galena. The staff there makes us feel like family. No matter what we need, they try to accomodate us. Our kids and grandkids love the pool. Staff friendly, polite, always willing to help. If there isn't something just quite right for you they will do everything they can to make it right, right down to having the cookie jar filled and fruit to snack on. The hotel was very accomodating with many room choices to meet all needs.
