Every staff person we met, greeted us. Rooms were clean, spacious and restaurant proved good food, reasonably prices. The indoor water park was well staffed with lifeguards. I knew it was a mistake when I drove into the parking lot. This is an older hotel. It needs to be remodeled. It has a water park for children. This hotel is excellent for families with children. My biggest complaint at this hotel is their policy on kicking people out of the pool and doing so-called safety checks. No other water park hotel or resort does this because you are there to use the facilities and relax, and spend money. Wow....... I had an incredible time during my stay! Every employee felt like family. It was like as if i knew everyone already! As i walked in great smiles. And they fufilled my needs right away!
