Loved the hotel and the fact that they got us to O'Hare on time and picked us up when we got back. Make sure your reservation says Park-Stay-Go if you are parking before a flight. I asked for it when making reservation, but because it didn't actually say this, I got $30 added on for this service.

It's an excellent hotel - centrally located, closer to the airport, very neat and clean, friendly staff, wide variety of choice available in breakfast

This hotel may look nice in pictures or from the outside but it was completely disgusting. our rooms door was so hard to open you basically had to kick it open. This hotel was as much a pleasure as all the other La Quintas I have been to. They are always updated and clean with a very friendly staff. I just love that I can book these without worrying.

The hotel is what you get for what you paid for. The service is Okay, and the room is clean overall. But the room we had was directly facing the highway, which was very busy even at mid-night. That was the only downside.

Very nice overall. very clean room and wonderful services except no eatery nearby. great value for the price we paid, will definitely return here next time we come into town.
