I travel in this area on occasion. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn next door and found that the Best Western is nicer and cheaper. The complementary breakfast that is served is good. The hotel is clean and has good WiFi unlike the place next door. I would stay at this hotel anytime. More

We stayed here because it was close to Midway airport. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and very nice, had a quiet night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The next morning the breakfast was very good. It was also very convenient to get ont he Interstate. I would give this hotel an excellent rating. More

We stayed here because it was close to Brookfield Zoo. The front desk clerk was very friendly, and our room was clean. There were two complimentary bottles of water and two snacks in the room. We used the free business center to look up an address for a restaurant and print out directions. We picked up food from the restaurant... More

I spent the last two night of my stay in the Chicago area at this place. I'm glad I did as I got two pretty solid nights of sleep (although I didn't have a lot of time to sleep with other things planned!) The main reason I stayed here was because of its closeness to Midway. I had read reviews... More

Very friendly staff made check in and out quick and simple. The room was clean and well appointed. I stayed in a standard King room. The bathroom was immaculate. They offered two free bottles of water, and two free snacks (ritz crackers and a twix bar). They also had free high speed wireless internet. What's not to like? The breakfast... More

Stayed five nights, two mornings no hot water. 40% of the stay, no hot water. Like the staff? Like your room cleaner and maintenance personnel? Most morning they'll be enjoying breakfast with you. Seems like the Friday to Sunday breakfast lady likes to speak with her colleagues in a foreign language as they dish out breakfast for themselves. The weekday... More

This hotel was very nice, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The front desk staff were wonderful. A nice added touch was the bath and body works products that they had in the bathroom. They also give you free snacks and bottled water in the room. We originally were going to stay next door at the... More
