My stay here was as good as it gets. Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, great spacious room with a view of the lake, within a block of Michigan Ave and the Hancock building, a few blocks to the subway, great restaurants. I can't imagine what more one could ask from a hotel.

The hotel had a great location and the rooms were recently updated with new flat-screen tvs. But the service was what made my experience; they were very accomodating, letting me check in early after my red-eye flight. The fact that the wet-bar was well-stocked was a bonus as well.

We have stayed here several times with our children, most recently in August 2011. The rooms are one bedroom suites with a living area that has a pull-out sofa, so mom and dad can have some privacy while the kids have their own place to sleep.
