My impression of the Seneca hotel was very good: staff was highly helpful, friendly and efficient, room was really big, with little kitchen, living room, 2 TVs, etc. the location, I don't think it can get any better! We booked two rooms and paid in advance at really good rates. We asked for refurbished rooms and they were great____clean, spacious (smallish bathrooms), kitchen etc. The staff were all very good including Corey who helped with email advice prior to our arrival and the location can't be beat. My initial impressons of the hotel weren't that great. When I pulled up in the cab, no bellmen came to help me with my bags, or even to open the door for me.
