We love this hotel and have stayed here several times. The location can't be beat - you can walk to everything: shopping, restaurants, subway stop, Michigan Avenue etc. The rooms are great for a family with a separate sleeping suite and a fully equipped kitchen. Our first visit to Chicago and I really cannot wait to go back. The hotel was in a great location and every member of staff we had contact with were exceptionally helpful. We traveled with three children ages four and under and the staff consistently went out of their way to make our stay convenient and enjoyable. I can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else. Lovely hotel with wonderful staff in downtown Chicago. Hotel has full kitchen. Beds were comfortable. I asked for a quiet room in the back of the hotel and never heard any noise. After going up to the rooftop pool, I wish I had asked for a higher floor to get a view.... more
