I had the recent pleasure of staying at this hotel over the Memorial holiday. This was a great location for shopping and eatting. Tons of things are in walking distance. Favorite place to stay when in Chicago. Staff has always been extremely accomdating and friendly. Their guest rooms have the most comfortable beds in the city. The location is wonderful - steps from the lakefront, wonderful shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Always leave the hotel feeling relaxed, refreshed and looking forward to my next visit. more
