Service is really good here. It did take a little longer to check in than at other hotels, but it was fine. The rooms are nice. The bathroom is to die for. Glass shower doors, with option of handheld shower or overhead rain shower. Really big closet. Not my favorite coffee maker, but it was fine (the kind where you... More

It is quite a nice hotel with a great location. Just one block away from the Hancock tower and the water place. Provides great access to shopping on the magnificent mile. The rooms are clean and good. Staff is helpful. The beds were a bit squeaky tough, maybe because of the frame. The mattresses are very soft, so if you... More

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. The service was exceptional...the concierge and doormen were very friendly and the restaurant manager even greeted us by name. This is an excellent location for the best shopping and dining. The hotel was lovely mixing elegant historical decor with modern luxury. We would love to stay here again! More

The location is fantastic, 1 block off of Michigan Ave, the hotel has updated flat screens, a really comfortable bed and nice lobby bar to relax in. The parking is expensive - $37 a night in the garage accross the street and they charge $9.99 per 24 hours for internet. They say the lobby is free but we could not... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay at the Knickerbocker and we look forward to welcoming you back. We understand that the price for parking in Chicago seems quite steep. Like most hotels we rely on an outside valet parking company so unfortunately we have no... More

We stayed there 5 years ago, it was ok, but it has definately been remodeled. Great location, and the staff was wonderful. Definately would stay there again. Beds and pillows were excellent. More

I stayed at the Millennium Knickerbocker for two nights on business. The hotel has lots of charm and character, reflective of its age, but has also been nicely upgraded somewhat recently. The guestrooms are very comfortable, with quality furnishings, a nice flat screen, and a stylish bathroom. Overall the hotel was very quiet and the location was extremely convenient to... More

I have stayed at the Hilton right next store. These hotels are similar. Parking is expensive, however. It costs 55.00 a day for valet parking and 35 if you park your own car--10.00 more if you have an SUV. Hotel service is friendly- room is very clean. Modern bathroom. More

The staff was courteous and friendly. Given that we were spending two nights at the Knickerbocker so I could undergo medical treatment we prized the quiet but convenient location. The recent renovations were nice but still kept the charm of an old hotel. I usually dig deep for a bargain when I travel, however I would be more than happy... More

Hotel staff was extremely helpful. The concierge made some excellent recommendations for dinner. Rosebuds and RL. Both were great. RL was fantatic. We had a larger room, but it needed some updates. It looks a little worn, but it was clean and convenient. Don't go to the contemporary art museum, waste of time. But the See It All city tour... More
