I travel frequently to Chicago and this is the only hotel I stay at. I was there in August, September and November this year. Bell staff is excellent, rooms are always top notch. The restaurants have excellent menus. The rooms are always clean. The location can't be beat if you want to shop or walk the lakeshore. More
