I enjoy staying at this hotel every time I'm in Chicago. I always have a clean & neat room regardless. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Yes, you don't have breakfast included in your fee, free wi-fi, or a nightly happy hour. So what? It's right next door to the Signature Room on 95th which is amazing to go to.... More

Joeygirl09 we enjoy having you as our guest. As you are aware we do offer complimentary wi-fi in our lobby and a great lobby bar for a night cap! I must agree our location is close to some of the best shopping and dining in the country. Thank you for your kind review and we are looking forward to your... More

The Hotel is located well in Chicago, but that is the only good thing. The service in the frontdesk was bad, there is no breakfast, no free wi-fi in the rooms, the gym was a joke, my shower was not working and there was no worm water. The laundry service was not working.....so not a nice hotel!

Thank you for your review following your stay with us. I must agree with you our hotel is located in a perfect part of Chicago. There’s so many shops right outside our front door! Breakfast is provided through room service between 7am – 10am daily. Our front desk staff can also recommend some delicious restaurant for breakfast within a two... More

This hotel is a "dump". Rooms are designed like hotel rooms from 50-60 years ago. Everything is worn out; except the TV. Carpet had a huge wet area. Bedroom lighting was broken. Bathroom is so small that a person can hardly move in it without being hit by the door. Walls have no soundproofing; nearly impossible to sleep with all... More

Leon970 I’m disappointed to read about your stay at our hotel. Our goal is to provide 100% Guest Satisfaction, One Guest at a Time. It seems we didn’t meet our goals during your stay. Please accept my apology. Our rooms were recently renovated less than five years ago, and we expect to begin renovations again in the December 2012. If... More

Stayed for 2 nights. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are clean and nicely done but for 1 person. The same with the bathroom. So small. The James has the same look and feel just a lot bigger and closer to it all.

As other reviewers have noted, the Raffaello benefits from a marvelous location. If you are interested in seeing the sights on foot in the Gold Coast and the Loop, then this would be the perfect place to stay. There were many things to like about the hotel: 1) it was quiet; 2) the doorman and the cleaners were extremely friendly... More

I had the pleasure of staying at the Raffaello hotel in October 2011. The location is great, the room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. I liked the convenience of the mini-fridge, microwave and Keurig for in-room breakfast before adventuring out for the day. I am returning to Chicago this coming October, and have already booked my accommodations at the... More

I bought a deal off of LivingSocial.com. I travelled with my dad to Chicago so we could watch my sister compete in the MIC gymnastics championships. The Raffaello hotel is in a great location. A little off a side street so all the main traffic isn't in front of the hotel. All you have to do is walk a block... More

Went to Chicago for St Patrick's Day weekend 2012. This was my second time staying there and my husbands first. It was even better the second time! The staff was very helpful. My husband has MS & forget the keys to his scooter. We went to the concierge and he called around and found a wheelchair to rent for the... More

We appreciate your 5 star review! I am glad our staff attended all your needs during your stay. Excellent guest services is what we strive for! Regarding parking, unfortunaetly, all parking in the downtown area is pretty high but staying in downtown is the best part though. I hope you choose the Raffaello Hotel for future stays. More

Stayed there for three nights in April. The hotel was one block off Michigan Avenue. The room was large, bright and clean with a large flatscreen on the wall, and a microwave and a refrigerator. We will be back the next time we visit Chicago. The only thing that we were not crazy about was the hotel bar. The drinks... More
