If you want convenience to Michigan Avenue and a great cost, this is the hotel for you. The desk staff was always friendly. They upgraded us to a larger room for free. the standard rooms are SMALL! But if you are on Michigan Avenue, you should be out in the stores and restaurants not your room! Overall great stay. More

This hotel is steps away from the world-famous Magnificent Mile! While it is in an establishment built decades ago, the staff was incredibly accommodating, especially Michael! While my stay was not one of pleasure, they sure made my stay quite hospitable! Kudos to Red Roof Downtown Chicago! More
