When no big shows are open, this Hyatt is not really a first-class hotel. This was an overnight stay from a business meeting and I didn't want to hit the road so soon. I checked into a very clean room with a wonderful view. The check in process was flawless with excellent customer service. I slept like a baby" not to mention the Seafood Duo was outstanding. More
