The location is excellent! Steps from Michigan Avenue and walking distance from tons of restaurants and shops. The room we had was very standard and exceptionally clean. Was pleased that the street noise was minimal. Only downsides- water pressure was not strong and there wasn't a Do Not Disturb sign to use.
