Loved this clean and spacious hotel in the heart of Chicago. Lives up to the Marriott name. Very happy with room. Comfy beds. Even though right downtown, didn't hear traffic. Einsteins Bagels downstairs for easy breakfast. Stayed at this hotel two nights for a Notre Dame game in November. Easy drive to the game. Close to several restaurants. Very Cold....

While this hotel may not be located right in all the hustle and bustle of Michigan Ave., that is actually a good thing. The location still has plenty to offer - Harry Carey's across the street and more restaurants and bar/clubs less than 1/2 block away.

The staff at this Residence Inn were ALL helpful and professional. Even though this trip was for business, I had the good fortune of being able to bring my dog with me to this pet friendly hotel. Each day the valet staff greeted the puppy with smiles and lots of love--like she was theirs!! The location is absolutely perfect......steps away...

We frequently stay at this hotel when in Chicago. Location is perfect for loop and Michigan Avenue. Many excellent restaurants are only a few feet Away.
The staff here is on the ball. Room will be right. Morning breakfast service is so good that guests sit there laughing. Ismeta will find you and take care of you.

Amazing! That is the only word I can think of to describe the friendliness and professionalism of Ismeta. My daugther fell in love with her in just the few days we were there. She always wanted to make sure we were taken care of at breakfast. The one morning she knew we were travelling and got us cereal to go....
