We visited this hotel the week between Christmas and New Years. It was very full and busy and I think the front desk got a little overwhelmed. This also made for sometimes long waits for the elevator and breakfast. That said, the rooms were wonderful, the location was perfect and the staff, especially Ismeta at breakfast, were outstanding.
