For the price I paid it was an excellent stay -- 3 nights in Chicago. The room was a good size, the check-in staff was courteous and very nice, but the check-out staff was rude and unfriendly. Parking with in and out privileges were $25/night which is unheard of in the city. Definitely will come back again. more

Good location, but the parking prices are ridiculous and don't try to ask for favors on late check-out they steal another $20 for that and damn you if you don't get the car transponder back to them - another $75 threat. you pay for the day but you better get out of that garage before 12... after almost a week... more
