This is a fine hotel with wonderfully appointed rooms. The concierge was very helpful in directing me to a store where I could finish up my holiday shopping. A couple negative things were not getting my wake-up call (desk clerk apparently didn't get it entered) and a small housekeeping issue. I'll be back. More

This hotel has plenty of 5 star qualities at a slighlt better price. The views are amazing and the rooms are well appointed. The staff is very helpful and willing do help you in any way they can. Clean atmosphere and a nice lounge area make it a great spot for a martini and piano nightcap. More
