i have stayed in hundreds of hotels in over 150 countries. the view of Lake Michigan was in my top ten globally. Loved the access to the Navy Pier and Michigan ave. We ate at some great restaurants too. Simply great location! Hotel was excellent too.

The people who work here are very nice, the lobby is very hip/fun, the bedding/linens are comfy, toiletries are better than most, but rooms themselves need an update. although there was a long line to check in... Daniel was great and offered a complementary drink at the bar. The room is good and clean although the lake view would be better. The one downside is the constant euro beat in the lobby.
