Despite a mix-up in my reservation, which was resolved by extremely helpful staff, I settled into a very quiet, small room om the 8th floor. The free bottled water was refreshing and the tv cable, andwifi were terrific! I wish they had plastic bottle recycling for all the water bottles. The room was very clean. Nice place to stay again! Stayed 4 nights mid-sept. Two blocks to the L where u can get to just about anywhere in city in 20 min for $2.25. Great for business & leisure. Restaurants all around. Bottled water refreshing way to start/end the day. We will return! More
