We came here for a relaxing getaway. The owners are super nice! We had the master suite which was a luxury: very comfy bed, huge bathroom with shower and whirlpool, fireplace. However, we were not told if we could use the fireplace or not (leaning towards prob not). So that was the downfall. Breakfast was fantastic and a pleasure!

We had a great time in Chicago touring the city. Used public transportation the whole time. the location of this place is excellent. The food was great. I would stay in the rooms upstairs next time, they are better. However the downstairs rooms are not bad. Just nicer and more comfortable upstairs.
Our son lives in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago and Ame Boutique Hotel is the only bed and breakfast of it's type that we could find in the area. We stayed here for a guys weekend in August. While we were a little nervous about this being a B&B, it turned out to be great. Patti was extremely helpful and Ramenta (sp) was a wonderful cook. I will definitely consider Ame next time my wife and I are in the city.
