If you want quick access to O'Hare, then the Hilton is the place to stay bar none. It's right on the grounds, linked to all the terminals by underground passages.
And the hotel itself isn't too bad either.
The lobby is a wee bit '70s-looking and a tad chaotic when the hotel is busy. But the staff is very friendly...

too tired to get home tonight I walked over to the Hilton attached to O'hare. Very friendly in the lobby, great price for the room. Used the the bathroom and it felt like it hasn't been clean in sometime lifte the toilet lid and the is diareaha covering the lids just about thru up.....
