Very helpful front desk at check in. Rooms were comfortable and served us well. Air conditioner was noisy at times, but manageable for us. Location to our purposes excellent as easy access off I-90 on Ohio Street exit to hotel and everything in easy walking distance.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to many attractions. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Food is good. They offer free parking. The sky deck pool offers very nice views. It is our favorite hotel in Chicago.
