I would probably give this hotel a 3.5 rating if possible. We got a very good deal so overall were pleased with the hotel. The location is fantastic for shopping and sight seeing. Word to the wise.....when in Chicago do not stay at the Affinia....a high end boutique hotel, with, we found out, low end service. My wife and I booked our stay at the Affinia Chicago through Perfect Escapes. The hotel decor was dated and not very attractive, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was friendly and I would rate this hotel as average. more
