We recently stayed in this hotel for our first visit to Chicago. It is located 1 1/2 blocks from Lake Michigan and also from the shopping area. I left the hotel with a $211 bill and arived home with a $241 charge to my account. When I called the manager, he predictably sent me to the accounting department who was no longer working. I can't recommend a hotel that employs these tatics. more
