the ritz-carlton in chicago has to be one of my all time favorite hotels. it is very consistent...outstanding from the moment you pull up and check in to the condition of the rooms...to how you are treated during your stay. i always just feel special when i stay at this hotel. More

Excellent stay. Everything was perfect. Check in was quick bellman had the bags up so quickly there was no waiting even though we were a group of 15. Breakfast was quick and excellent. Pricing was fair, but you have to pay for what you get and we received excellent value. Every person in our party had a memorable experience. More
