We stayed at the Avenue one night. The only bright spot was the bed. The bed was wonderful, very comfortable. The rooms are dated, clean, but dated. We went on a busy summer weekend getaway, and found paradise. Not only was our room complimentary upgraded, but the concierge sent us to the cheesecake factory with his card. We had priority seating and had a table in no time at all, and there were others complaining about waiting over an hour!

Nice location, great value, comfortable and clean, quiet, small room and bathroom (#2719). In-room safe and coffee pot. I liked the Neutrogena bath products. The Sky Lounge breakfast was a little pricey so we went around the corner to the Corner Bakery for a nice breakfast. Front desk was helpful providing a map and directions.
