This hotel has a small reception area but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is only a very short walk from the Magnificent Mile and CTA locations. I would recommend as long as you are not looking for high end bells and whistles.

The staff is very knowledgeable and will be very helpful in suggesting restaurants and activity companies. We stayed on the 30th floor and we did not hear many sirens from the emergency of the hospital next door. The rooms are equipped with fans in the heating/cooling systems for white noise and this was perfect to block out any outside noise.... More

What makes this place worth the visit is the staff and the location. You can't beat the location if you like Michigan Avenue shopping. The hotel itself seems to have changed hands a lot.
