The hotel was fine but the FREE Breakfast was the worse that I have ever seen. The waffle maker was the only saving grace. The eggs were watery and the other two items in the warmer were not eatible.

Check in was fast and friendly. Dolly at the front desk had some warm fresh-baked cookies to offer when I checked in at 6pm, along with a fresh pot of delicious coffee.
The suite was large and very comfy. Lots of soft over stuffed pillows on the bed. Great TV's with tons of channels. Wifi is fast and easy to...

My husband and I stayed here recently and used the stay, park, and fly feature. We had an early Sat morning flight so having breakfast before we headed to the airpor was important. While making our reservations we were told breakfast was not available until 7:00 am on Saturdays. So we simply said that wouldn't work, but without hesitation the...

Perhaps it was my fault. I booked the room using Hotwire for my family and walked into a room with a single King Sized bed. Three people (my wife, my 17 yr old, and me) in one bed. Ummm, no. Unfortunately, the hotel was full, and no other rooms (perhaps, one with two beds) were available. The clerk offered and...

Hotel was clean, room was clean, larger than expected, bathroom clean. Coffee maker in room. Wi-fi worked great. Was happy to use the indoor pool and hot tub. One day the room did not get cleaned, but I left late in the day. Breakfast was substantial - eggs, waffles, bacon, sausages, cereals, bagels, muffins, yogurts, fruit salad, fresh fruits, coffee,...

I stayed here recently with my husband and two young children. I was not overly impressed by anything. It wasn't bad, just not impressive. I've stayed in much nicer Country Inn & Suite properties. For someone who needs a park & fly to O'hare, I think this would be a good fit.
We arrived a little before check-in and the...

PROPERTY: I stayed at this property in room 332 for 1 night while in Chicago on business. This property is undergoing some renovations which it needs. I was told it’s under new ownership/management. At this point, it doesn’t feel like a CI&S. It feels more like a Quality Inn which is not exactly a complement.
The hotel had a pool...

The hotel itself was fine, what we expected. We stayed the night just to do park and fly out of O"hare. We set up the shuttle for the next morning and filled out paperwork for our return shuttle too. The desk worker said we would need to call when we got in, and that it may be 15-30 minutes.
The morning...

We stayed here for a night before our plane from OHare, it was a good deal that included park and fly with a shuttle to and from the Airport. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean. We had an issue with the heater/ac/fan but they made an adjustment in our bill to compensate for our inconvenience. The...

We did a park and fly and stayed for one night. Our first room was on the smoking floor and had a dismantled smoke alarm. We were moved to another room on the first floor. Better, but lots of broken stuff. There was an outlet that was dangerously broken, some bathroom tiles and brojen door lock on the bathroom. No...
