Sometimes a hotel just feels like things could be better, should be better.....but nobody really cares. When the staff treat the place like it's a "job that pays the bills", it only takes a short time before the facility begins to show that attitude. I travel often on business, and regularly stay at Red Lion hotels. The Twin Falls, Idaho property staff are just about the friendliest I've ever known. The rooms are clean, the food in the lounge is tasty, and the beds are quite comfortable. Thumbs way up!
We reserved a room with a pillow top mattress and were very pleased. The room was clean and well appointed. I will certainly stay here again.
