We stayed Christmas eve and day. We stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite King loft. Clean and quiet. Peaceful. The front desk staff were so very nice, and pleasant. Breakfast the next morning was just around the corner, so we were able to get some and enjoy it in our room. Worth the money and the perfect place for us to... More

Given how much this place cost, I was surprised at how unexceptional the room was. It was clean enogh, but everything about it felt just a little bit tired. More

Our family stayed in a double queen with a roll-away bed. The room had plenty of room for all our luggage and extras. The hotel location is ideally located walking distance to downtown and the beach, is two blocks from Safeway and the banks. Breakfast with muffins, hard boiled eggs, cereals, juices and coffee, waffles, etc... is served in the... More

While we initially had trouble with a leaky toilet, the staff graciously corrected the problem. Staff were courteous and efficient. Room was quiet; spa was great, and we plan to stay there again. More

The layout is very bizarre that the hotel is in 3 separate buildings, there is even a street separating buildings 2 and 3. Swimming pool was chilly, but sparkling clean. Breakfast had many choices and was very good. Parking was very limited. Connie's Restaurant had decent food and prices. Bar crowd was friendly and there was live music. The hallways... More

I apologize for your less than restful stay at our hotel in Sandpoint. We are located at the intersection of two highways and I agree it can be a busy area at times. The bypass will be complete next yr. and things will quiet down regarding traffic. We do have three seperate buildings as we were built in three phases... More

Really happy with my stay for 1 night. Nice breakfast. Helpful & reasonable staff. Super close to shops & bars. Only issue was the hot tub jets were set so they were bubbling all over your head. More

For those of you that travel with your dogs, you know what a pain it can be to find a hotel that not only accepts them, but doesn't tack on additional "pet fees." We stayed at the La Quinta for 6 nights over the xmas/new year holiday and had a great experience. For starters, the hotel does not charge you... More

Thank you for giving our hotel a fair review. Let us know next time you stay with us.That you would like a room on the Main St side (the quiet side)and we will do our best to accomodate your request before you check in. I'm glad we were able to move you. More

I stayed here during a motorcycle trip through Idaho. I had originally booked at the Howard Johnson (Ponderay), however I never did find the Howard Johnson because it was so far away from the downtown core of Sandpoint and after a full day's ride the last thing I wanted to do was drive more out of town to stay next... Thank you for the nice words. When we have guests traveling on motorcycles we always try to accomodate them with coverd parking. Because all three of the hotel buildings have some sort of coverd parking this make it easy to do. More

Just traveled to Sandpoint and stayed at La Quinta. The best thing about this hotel is it's location. You can walk to anything downtown. As other reviews stated the hotel is spread out over three different buildings. I didn't notice any excessive noise, however when we checked in the front desk offered ear plugs. So be forewarned about the noise.... More

Rented two rooms and didn't realize how bad the kids room was until the second day. It smelled disgusting! The cleaning staff said that a previous occupant had stayed with dogs (wet I presume) and they have not been able to get the smell out. Then don't rent the rooms until you can! Front desk just shrugged their shoulders. More
