We found this hotel to be excellent value and had good facilities. The rooms were incredibly large, some with balconies, and had all the facilities you expect of American Hotels. The breakfast was continental style, a little on the basic side, but filling. Overall a good location and an excellent hotel.

Wasn't expecting much in Salmon. But found this to be clean and comfortable. They provided a basic cold breakfast: fruit, rolls, drinks and cereal. We were here over the fourth of July and I can't begin to tell you what a rathole of a place this is. They screwed up reservations, our fire alarm went off in the middle of the night- the nice enough night auditor came and yanked it out of the wall. We didn't have a fire alarm in our room... More

Motel at this address is now the Salmon River Motel. Very basic with absolutely no extras. Overpriced compared with other hotels in Salmon, but needed a room at the last minute and the others were booked. It is clean and in good repair. Was fine for an overnight stay.
