The main thing why we chose this motel was a reasonable price and quite good reviews as well.We didn´t know what to except because we haven´t been there before in this company´s house. The room was average-clean, free wi-fi, friendly stuff. They offer free hot breakfast, but when I saw it I decided not to eat it. I don´t know why but... More

I live in Thayne, Wyoming and travel 90 miles to Idaho Falls several times a year. I always stay at the Guesthouse Inn because it is very comfortable and clean . They treat you very well and offer a very nice complimentary beakfast buffet. They also have a jacuzzi and workout facility. Cindy Carlson, the manager is always very cordial... More

This place is probably not the best hotel in town but at 60 bucks including tax is a great value. They have a full breakfast in their restraunt and a friendly staff. There is a lounge downstairs after 4pm if you want a drink or want to play pool. I'll be staying there again because it was clean and comfortable. More

Looking for a mini vacation before heading up to Yellowstone we chose to stay at the Guesthouse. Kassie treated us kind and gave us a nice room at an inexpensive rate. In the morning I was expecting the typical " free hot breakfast " and was pleasantly surprised to find a friendly server and the spread of eggs, sausage, pancakes... More

After extensive planning with Kassie from the Guesthouse Inn, (we live in Idaho Falls) we felt our 4th of July was perfect for the anticipation of our family coming from Ohio to experience Idaho Falls's famous day of celebration with an evening of fireworks which is staged next to the hotel. Kassie went out of her way to make sure... More

So under pressure from the family we stopped in Idaho Falls and I reluctantly agreed to find accommodations in Idaho Falls. Initially I was attracted to Guesthouse Inn from the massive billboard on I-15 promising rooms for $59 and a free breakfast. Turns out the cost was $75 and the breakfast was only so-so. The hotel in itself is somewhere... More

Thank you for expressing your comments with us. To better clarify the rate, our billboard special changes a few times a week depending on occupancy. The rate posted is for 1-person and there is a $5.00 increase for the 2nd person and additional for an upgraded room. It is not our intensions to confuse you, but it is difficult to... More

I always try to find something good to say about even the worst properties we stay at, so I'll say that the desk staff was particularly friendly and helpful and the wireless service was good. Ok...... We had to change rooms because the extremely noisy a/c unit broke down after we had settled in for the day. The second room... More

Thank you for your comments regarding your stay. We greatly apologize for needing to switch rooms due to the air conditioner. When a guest has to switch rooms, the stay seems to be frustrating from that point on, which I understand. I will speak to the restaurant about the quality of the breakfast food, because it is a great way... More

Rooms were dirty, ants were crawling all over every layer of the bedding, bathroom reaked of smoke, A/C didn't keep it much cooler then it was outside and considering it was 90 it wasn't much help, was called a liar by the staff and informed I must have put the ants in the bed just to receive a refund. I personally think this is a beautiful hotel and it has great accommodations for the price that you're paying. The 24 hour hot tub access is nice, ecspecially during the winter months.
