I have stayed at this HIE many times. The hotel is like most HIE's, but the staff is extra friendly. A great feature of this location is the workout facility. They don't have one, so they have 2 memberships to a very close local full gym. It is way better than hotel gyms.

We rolled in late at night...the staff was awesome getting us checked in...room was clean and bed was okay...breakfast the next morning at the breakfast bar...free...all in all was a great place to lay our heads after a long drive

We had a great experience at this hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Free full service gym access. Flew in checked in and went to the downtown area just in time for Octoberfest! Streets were closed and what fun!! GREAT experience.

Spent a couple nights here while traveling this summer. This is an older building that is showing her age. The room was fairly clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. The air-conditioner was absolutely needed during the 100+ temperatures, but it was loud and clunky and made sleeping difficult.

Room was not very clean and smelled. Bed was hard & pillows were cheap. Bathroom small and old. It had hair on floor. I could have stayed at the nice Holiday Inn around the corner for the same price. Still regreting checking in. Do not stay here. Not up to Holiday Inn standards.
