I would have been happy with my room if the cost was $70-$80, but my $110 was just too expensive. Room was clean, bed was nice, but this old hotel is just not a $100 hotel. I have stayed in rooms this nice elsewhere for a cost of $50, so this is just too darn expensive. Other than the cost,... More

The lobby is nice, a real contrast to section 6 where the room was located. There, the hall smelled bad; there was nothing welcoming about the area, the carpet was shabby and the doors dinged and nicked. I wouldn't walk barefoot on the carpet in our first room or sit in any of the filthy upholstered chairs. A picture had... More

Most hotels renovate their guestrooms every decade or so. As it happened, however, we went a long time without any such renovation. The Hotel sold in October and we have been working diligently on renovating the property. This is a lengthy process though and sincerely hope you will give us another chance so we can show our true spirit of... More

I stayed in your hotel on 10/4. I am a hilton diamond member. I originally booked for two nights, my trip was cut short and I checked out only having stayed 1 night. I called the hotel to confirm that I was checked out, but I was still charged for the second night. Further, I booked a special that included... More

I apologize that you felt we didn't care about your situation. I know it sounds like an excuse but we really had way to verify your information after your stay because of the sale of the Hotel. All of the records (even the computer systems) went with the old ownership. I am happy that Hilton was able to take care... More

"Bow-Chica-Wow-Wow" and "Classy" collide with this "Gem"! This hotel is packed with retro style. It is clean, quiet, affordable and comfortable. Check-in was simple and the cookie was awesome! Club Max seemed inviting as the music almost drew me in. It was too late for me to be adventurous. I slept great, with no noise to complain about! This hotel... More

I stayed here during Labor Day weekend. The location was nice being on the greenbelt and next to Joes Crab Shack, but it is also in a scuzzy part of town. Our room was really outdated. It had gross olive green carpet that looked like it had been there since the 70s, the tv was so old that it wasnt... More

I stayed here 4 nights as part of a large gathering. It is a dated location but very clean and the rooms were large, no fridge or microwave. However, the bed was large and super comfortable, it has convention facilities, a really nice pool area outside and a lot of rooms. My preference would be the top (2nd) floor because... More

We stayed here one night during a week-end in Aug. when planning to float the Boise River with relatives. This is my favorite Boise hotel. It is right on the greenbelt along a great walking and biking path along the Boise River. The pool area is the best - lots of loungers and a great bar. We stayed in the... More

Love the rooms! Amazingly soft bed. Room to move around. The gym is a bit outdated and the indoor.hottub was not working heat or jets when we were there. The breakfast was overpriced also. Slept like a baby. Close to downtown areas More
