My husband stays here for business frequently---i travel with him sometimes--I have always enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are nice and clean with a nice view. The restaurant in the hotel is great also. more

The hotel seemed to lose my (and many others) request for two beds (made over 6 months in advance). Usually this wouldn't be a problem, but since I was sharing a room with a person I barely knew, this mix-up made for a long weekend. When I went to talk to the front desk, I was referred to a female... more

This is a hotel which indicates a 4 star status but is really a 3 or below star status. The rooms were small, the swimming pool was part of an old gym - extremely poorly lit and out of the way. I would try the other higher starred hotels like the No 43 or the Embassy Suites a bloke away. more

The Grove Hotel was a great place to stay. The staff was welcoming when we checked in and friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was well appointed, with all the amenities we expect from a nice hotel -- fluffy towels, hair dryer, robes, shampoo, etc. There was a desk for work, a comfortable chair for reading and my... more

Hotel was nice - room was large and clean, but nothing outstanding or below average for a nice hotel. High quality was the mark of the furniture, linnens, and accessories. The staff was friendly and verey helpful. The business center was also a plus. Overall a very good experience. more

I stayed here on St. Patties day for a couple days. It's a typical business hotel in the downtown area, but it's a 2 block walk to a nicely older renovated area called the Basque area. I think I paid $108 for the room with my corporate discount. There's a Basque Museum/Cultural Center, Basque restaurants and so on. We went... more

The Grove Hotel offers an elegant establishment right in the downtown Boise vicinity. Rooms are spacious (though trying to squeeze a family into a room won't work), clean and stylish. The location could not be better with so many tourist attractions within a few blocks. Julia Davis Park, with its rose garden, greenbelt, jogging trails, Boise Art Museum, Black History... more

I was in Boise for a regional NEA conference. The Grove was one of the assigned hotels. Overall, it was okay... not a stand out, but okay. It was the first hotel, that I've resided in, to have large LCD screen TVs, which kinda' added to the night time experience...in the residential sense. Not a place to write home about,... more
