My wife fell in the bathroom and broke her tailbone right after Thanksgiving, 2011. They refuse to offer us a penny for our copays and deductables. I guess we'll have to sue. It was a faulty hand-held shower system in the handicap bathroom that let water escape all over the floor.

I stayed at the Motel 6 (Suwanee) going to Atlanta and the Howard Johnson in Commerce coming back from Atlanta. I stayed a couple of nights at that location and although it's not 5 stars, it was decent. Everything worked fine except for my mini-fridge. The staff was pleasant and I didn't have any other issues.

Room smelled like pee, sheets had blood stains on them, tv did not work, lights did not work. was offered discount by management and when it came time to give me my discount they refused said that they did not feel the need since they offer such low rates anyways. will never ever stay at this hotel again.

beware of the horrible smell that flows from every direction. filthy floors, dirty sheets, flea ridden, the pool alone is bad enough to have this place put out of business. do not ever come here, if you want to survive to the next morning. front desk promised a refund, and tacked it back on later, with other fees.

The worst motel I have stayed at in awhile. I WILL not be back and I DO NOT recommend anyone else either.
