I have a child in college in Rome so I am frequently visiting the area. This was always my choice of hotels but incompetent staff has made it no longer the case. I paid in advance on the hotel's parent site before my stay two weeks ago. When I checked in I gave the manager my paperwork. He asked for... More

You can not find a better hotel for the price. There are lots of other hotel of a lesser quality that are charging 50% more for a room than what i found at this hotel.

We stayed one night and were in town for baseball. This is your typical Comfort Suites. Staff was nice and room was basically as expected. The door to our room had a gap on the side toward the bottom about 1.5 inches wide and the bathroom sink drained REALLY slowly. Breakfast was average.

The hotel staff was very friendly and hospitable. The rooms were clean and spacious. We were in town for a conference and had 2 small children and my grandmother with us. We had one seperate bedroom for her, and the living space/bedroom we shared with the kids was spacious, as well as the restroom was a very nice size. There... More

I travel with my high school wrestling team about 8 times per season. We call ahead to make sure that they will already have the keys ready. After a day and night of wrestling my wrestlers are tired and all they want to do is take a shower and go to bed. It took me over 30 minutes to check-in... More

My family recently spent two nights at this Rome hotel. We had a two queen bed accessible suite. Upon arrival the place was clean and the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient. The entrance on the side is not the greatest for a wheelchair user, unless one has help. The room was very accommodating, including the accessible features. The... More

The room is very spacious and no real problem w/noise. The curtain doesn't go down far enough, though and light from the parking lot shines into the room all night. The service is ok so long as you don't expect much.

Although the hotel was very busy with college kids and travelers, we were greeted so nicely and had a wonderful quiet night's rest! The room was immaculate, staff was great, breakfast was excellent, and getting in and out was easy. No question as to why this is the top place to stay in Rome, and we've already booked our next...
