Ok, for $50 a night, you can't expect much. This is your typical budget hotel. Breakfast was minimal. It could use a good cleaning, but I felt safe and it wasn't noisy even though you're near the road. If you just need a place to sleep it's fine. I thought the staff was just fine.

We actually booked 3 rooms here for families attending a local karate tournament. We each had our own problems after checking in.
