Looked new on the web. It was a bad makeover of an older property. The whole place was dirty. Humidity from the pool area permeated the entire property. Everything was damp. Stopped here after a long day in Atlanta, on my way to Chattanooga. Found the hotel to be a clean, quiet, and comfortable place for a good night's rest. In the morning, breakfast was excellent, with many hot and cold options.

HI Exp in Ringgold is the perfect place for an overnight stay. You are welcomed with Otis Spunkenmeyer cookies, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is wonderful. You get on your way satisfied with your stay. Ringgold is just south of Chattanooga, so there is much to see around there. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
