Stayed at Best Western Plus May 8th, after all the TV ads about Best Western decided to try this place out. Very pleased, room clean, breakfast excellent, nice place to sit outside by the indoor pool. Best part, the staff especially Alan at the front desk went above and beyond made us feel welcome.

We chose this hotel for its location close to the I-95 and far enough away from Savannah that we weren't paying 'over the odds'. As such, my wife was proved to have made a shrewd choice. Right off the interstate, but back off the road. New landscaping is wonderful and the entrance has been refreshed. Cookies at the check-in. Desk staff both pm and am OK, not welcoming but not rude either. In the room little touches like a [plastic] plant in the bathroom, candy by the bed. We had a great trip to the Savannah area! I was very pleased with the Best Western Plus in Richmond Hill. It was about a 20 min. drive to downtown Savannah, but it was a very easy drive. Before I book a hotel, I read the reviews to determine if we want to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff and lots of choices for breakfast. I am a Hilton Honors member and usually stay there but this definitely is on my list to stay when traveling south to Florida.
