Callaway gardens has some of the worst customer service i've ever seen. Every year we call to make reservations for a yearly conference and each year we have trouble including: being booked at the wrong hotel, being charged additional charges, etc. And when you call over the phone to straighten things out, it's like you are talking to 5th graders.... more

We tried to book a Room over the Telephone and there was no Rooms available. We booked via Expedia and got a Room for the time we desired. The Room was poorly furnished, two beds, on desk, one chair no table. Housekeeping poorly. Food lousy and expensive. more

Last year, I went with my family to Callaway a couple of times. It was very enjoyable both times. We took full advantage of the facilities, rode bikes, did lots of hiking, and swam every day. We rode bikes. walked in the sand, did the butterfly house, saw the flowers blooming, wathced the birds of prey show. It was a blast. My family which range from 10-47 loved it all of us. there is no place like Callaways and it is fairly inexpensive for what you get. more
