We had problems with our phone system the day you called and apologize for technical difficulties that I believe led to this unfortunate perception. If you're planning a trip to Callaway Gardens, this is the place to check out. Great for a family getaway. This is a wonderful spot for the outdoor adventure family. This place is awesome. The campground is great, with a wonderful pool and playground. Great activities for the family. The staff always has a smile and time to answer your questions. We were looking forward to staying a weekend here but were so dissapointed. All of the sites had knee-high grass. We tried to lay down our mat but the grass was so tall it was bumpy and had to be staked in the ground just to lay flat enough to walk on. The tall grass made using the picnic table... More

Since Pine Mountain has not had notification of these types of issues before, I have brought all of them up with management and there are a few things we’d like to address.
