This hotel is an older hotel per the bathrooms...(old fixtures), but the rooms are up to date. This is a one level, more like a townhome type of property rather than hotel type. We stayed here for the Paso Fino Grand National Championship show. I used this site for advice prior to booking the room. It is a unique motel, older, so expect perhaps a slow drain, or a toilet that you have to flush more than once. The hotel is right off the highway, which unfortunately means that at truckers park their trucks there over night. The beds were very comfortable, one of the most comfortable I have had in a hotel less than $100 a night. They had down comforters and a pillow top that was amazing. The outside of this hotel is very unique. It was really quite beautiful. The rooms are like any other average hotel. However, our shower drain didn't work well and the water pooled in the bottom of the tub. The pillows are also extremely uncomfortable! The pool was not operating the night we were there.
