Stayed here on our way from florida to gatlinburg. Rate was arond 40.00 per night AAA. Rooms are on the small size but have everything you need in them. Super clean property all together. Will definately stay here again on our next trip.

Almost new, very clean rooms and facilities, everything in very nice condition, very friendly staff, in a nice location just outside of town near restaurants, etc. Free breakfast is good (except no fruit). Best place we've stayed for less than $80/night.

We were greeted by the nice Zoe, and when we saw our room we were pleased. BUT, there were no lamps! Affordable, clean and quiet. Nothing fancy, but for travelers passing thru it is a nice place to stay. It has a nice area to walk your dogs and an outdoor pool. For the price, it was a great stay !
