We arrived here late. Had booked our non smoking rooms a week before only to be told that my reservation was for smoking rooms. At first the front desk was very nasty about it but since I had all my paper work with me she was very apologetic. Since we were staying here the next night we would have non-smoking rooms then. It was a pain packing up and carting everything to the car but the gentleman that was working the front desk was able to let us have our room keys so that when we arrived after our outing we would not have to go thru the check in again. Both rooms were clean, the beds were nice and the staff really was as helpful as they could be, under the circumstances. The smoking room was okay after spraying lysol in the air conditioner, but I really look forward to the time when all rooms are non-smoking at least then there will not be burn marks over the floor, dresser and sink. more
