We stayed one night after a 10 hour drive. No reservation, we just walked in. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. The price was reasonable. The room was very clean. Bathroom was clean. No funky odors in the room or in the hall. I've seen some reviews mention that this is no longer a... More

We went out of our way to find the Hampton Inn because we have always felt that these inns were reliably good. We asked particularly about the beds and were told that they had been told it was like sleeping on air. Not! Mattress was the old spring-type mattress and was worn out; mattress liner was torn. Front office said... More

As of February 1, 2012, this hotel is no longer owned and operated by Hampton. The folks who are running it now are very nice and trying to maintain the same standards but seem to be having some difficulty with the transition. (New computer system for reservations) They still have a computer available in the lobby for guest use, and... More

It's a rather old Hampton Inn but very well maintained. No smells, run down furniture or anything like that. Very friendly and welcoming staff at check inn. When I went down to get some coffee later at night I saw that the one and only elevator was out of service. Luckily when I was ready to leave the next day... More

This Hampton Inn is a small property tucked away off the main drag adjacent to a strip mall (with a supposedly excellent Chinese restaurant, but we didn't have time to try it). The staff at this hotel was so welcoming, I'd like to give this hotel a 5-star rating, but it fell short of the mark in a few areas... More

This hotel is characteristic of the outstanding service provided by Hampton Inn. Check in went smoothly. The breakfast was outstanding. After I returned home from the business trip, I noticed that the invoice had an error. I promptly called to have it corrected and by the time I had gotten to work the next morning, they had faxed the corrected... More

We enjoyed our stay here while in town for a funeral. It was a nice, quiet little hotel in a small town. Had trouble getting a new frig since ours did not work. Staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful!

It's an OK hotel for a small town Hampton, but don't leave anything behind. I left a jacket in the room and called back for it, but it was not turned in. I told them I will not stay in a place who's employees would not turn in belongings to a lost and found. Comfort suites next time.

Unfortunately, I let some Trip Advisor reviews of either inexperienced or overly picky travelers keep me from choosing this Hampton Inn for my first night's stay in Milledgeville. Moved to it on Monday morning and just left yesterday -- and really would have been quite happy if my schedule had permitted me to stay another day. I would gladly recommend... More

This hampton inn is of average quality compared to other hampton inns. It is located in the in a strip mall, and you have to drive through the parking lot to get to it. The rooms were clean, but nothing special. I had put the do not disturb sign on the door while I was gone during the day. Usually... More
