A great hotel, close to shopping and resturants. The staff were friendly and very helpfull. A great breakfast. Rooms are large, well kept as is the lobby and sitting area. Free wireless, huge TVs. I recommend and wouldd stay again.

Great stay...room was spacious and very clean. They even provided a portable crib with sheets for our infant son. The free breakfast was tasty but nontraditional. Would definitely stay here again.The staff was friendly amd very accomodating to our needs. The hotel is also very close to I20 and to the mall.

We have enjoyed staying at other Hyatt Place's because of the room accomodations fit all of pur needs. This one was a bit disappointing though.
